Q) What constitutes a group? The minimum group size is usually 10 adults travelling together on the same itinerary. There is no upper limit.
Q) Is it only flights you can assist with? As well as having special WEXAS rates with many airlines (we are one of BA's preferred partners) we have also negotiated discounted rates with over 20,000 hotels worldwide, any of which can accommodate groups. Additionally we have a range of hand picked travel partners across the globe who can organise activities and all manner of tours for your group.
Q) Will a group fare be cheaper than an individual fare? Using the buying power of our 30,000 members to your advantage, we negotiate the best possible deals for your group. Sometimes, however, a group fare may not always be as low as a special offer seat which airlines may release from time to time specifically for individual travellers.
