Overview

We have created the International Travel Management Alliance (ITMA) and work closely with the founding partners in Australia and North America, enabling us to service global clients out of different markets.

Our partners

Our Australian partner, The Travel Authority, with offices in New South Wales (GMT +10) and Western Australia (GMT +7), is a well-established and successful travel management company with an international client base (www.ttagroup.com.au).

Our North American partner, WD Travel, based in Vancouver (GMT -8) is a very successful independent and highly regarded travel management company with global blue-chip accounts (www.wdtravel.com).

What it means

Both our partners are specialist travel management companies who provide  a broad range of business travel services around the clock. They have extensive access to discounted air fares and hotel rates, which may only be available  to companies trading in that local market. We all use the same global reservations system (Amadeus) which we have ‘linked’. This enables us to deliver high and consistent levels of service to our travellers around the world, and utilise local/regional fares, which can vary by market, giving us even greater opportunities to offer customers increased cost savings and flight schedule benefits. We can provide management information on a country, region and consolidated basis, which includes both consultant–managed and online bookings.
