Ban on large electronic devices from six countries

The UK government has announced that passengers on 14 airlines will not be able to bring on-board large electronic devices, including laptops and tablets, on inbound direct flights from six countries: Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, Lebanon and Tunisia.

A new partnership between British Airways and the start-up AirPortr means travellers can now journey to London airports and have their bags taken and checked in for them.

Important Note Regarding Samsung Galaxy Note 7

The U.S. Department of Transportation has enforced an emergency ban on the use of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on aviation journeys. We strongly advise against bringing the device, whether refurbished or not, onto airplanes worldwide.
