From 22nd August, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advises British Nationals against all non-essential travel to Croatia, Austria and Trinidad & Tobago based on the current assessment of COVID-19 risks. This follows similar announcements for Spain, France, Malta and Netherlands. The situation is changing rapidly and we advise that you check with the FCDO prior to travel.
If you have travellers in any of these countries and would like help with repatriating them, please contact us at anytime. Our 24/7 emergency helpline is fully operational and ready to assist you. Please note, all travellers returning to the UK from these destinations on or after 4am on Saturday 15th August will be subject to a 14-day quarantine.
For clients with travellers holding future bookings to these destinations who now wish to change their travel plans, please contact us between Monday-Friday 08:30-18:30 and speak to our senior team who can advice on rebooking and cancellation options.
